Early registration fees will be accepted only if the registration fee is paid by May 27, 2022 (for DLfM attendees by June 13, 2022). After this date, only the standard registration fee will be accepted.

In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.
* Discounts for seniors / students are only intended for those who are not employees of the library or other institution. To confirm a student status please show your Student ID during registration.

Participant registration fee includes:

  • Full week registration fee includes admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, congress materials, congress opening ceremony and reception, 3 evening concerts, and one optional tour on Wednesday.
  • Two-day registration fee includes admission to all sessions on two chosen days, coffee breaks on the chosen days, congress materials, social activities (concert or Wednesday tour) on the chosen days.
  • One-day registration fee includes admission to all sessions on the chosen day, coffee breaks on the chosen day, congress materials, social activity (concert or Wednesday tour) on the chosen day.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Full week registration fee includes the opening ceremony and reception, all concerts, one optional Wednesday tour, special tours for accompanying persons on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Two-day registration fee includes social activities on the chosen days.
  • One-day registration fee includes social activity on the chosen day.

The cancellation policy

Cancellations received on or after June 15, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations received before June 15, 2022 a cancellation fee of 1.700  CZK applies. The remaining amount of the congress fee will be refunded.
Please note that the participation fee for the Farewell Dinner and the Pre-Congress Tour and Post-Congress Tour can only be refunded if your booking can be transferred to another participant.
