Each participant will receive a FREE TICKET for public transport at the registration desk!
NAME BADGES
Delegates and accompanying persons will each receive a name badge upon registration and are requested to wear this badge during all congress events and activities.
TEA AND COFFEE
Tea and coffee will be served in the Municipal Library on the -1st Floor and on the 1st Floor.
PRESENTATIONS
Speakers are requested to upload all presentations in advance, before the session, in the SLIDE CENTER, which will be located in the Municipal Library, -1st Floor.
POSTERS
Boards for posters are 95cm x 200cm (vertical orientation). Posters can be fixed by pins or by velcro tapes.
